Sun City and Sun City West are not incorporated cities, but for our purposes they are one of the most distinct service areas in the Valley. The housing was built between the 1960s and the 1990s, much of it never electrically updated, and the population has been a standing target for door-to-door solar and home-services sales for two decades.
We will say this plainly, because it is the most useful thing on this page: a lot of what gets sold here is not needed. If someone has told you your panel is dangerous, or that your solar system has to be replaced, get a second opinion before you sign anything. We will give you a written assessment and tell you if the honest answer is that nothing needs doing.

A real project photo from Sun City. This is the single highest-value thing the owner can supply, and it is what separates a legitimate local page from a template with the city name swapped — a pattern Google’s own spam policy names as doorway abuse. A city without a real local project does not get a page at launch.
