Structural framing and custom carpentry, held under our own CR-61 licence rather than subcontracted out.
We hold ROC #362988, a CR-61 licence covering carpentry, remodeling and repairs, alongside our electrical licence. That combination is the practical reason to use us on anything that needs both trades: a shade structure that needs lighting and a ceiling fan, a wall that needs framing and circuits, a shop that needs building and powering. One company, one schedule, one point of responsibility.

Where holding both licences actually matters
Most framing jobs on a finished home turn into electrical jobs the moment somebody wants a light, a fan, an outlet or a subpanel in the new space.
When those are two companies, the second one arrives after the first has closed the walls. When it is one company, the rough-in happens while the framing is open, which is both cheaper and considerably neater.
