New Construction Electrical
Rough-in through trim for builders and general contractors, residential and commercial.
We hold a CR-11 electrical licence with dual commercial and residential scope, which means we can take new-construction electrical on both sides without a scope problem. For builders, the practical value is a subcontractor who is also the company handling solar, battery and EV provisioning — so the panel gets specified once, correctly, for everything the building will eventually carry.
This work is performed under Arizona ROC #344757, CR-11 — Electrical — commercial & residential. Verify it.
Specify the service for what the building will need
The most common avoidable cost in new residential construction is a service and panel sized for the house as drawn, then upgraded within a few years for an EV charger, a battery or solar nobody planned for.
It costs very little to provision for it at rough-in and a great deal to retrofit it later. We will tell you what that provisioning costs while the walls are open.
Working with builders and GCs
Scheduling around other trades, inspection-ready work, and one point of contact who answers the phone. If you want references from GCs we currently work with, ask.
Frequently asked
Do you take commercial work?
Yes. Our CR-11 licence carries dual scope — commercial and residential. The residential-only R-11 you may have seen on our older materials is a second licence, not the one that governs this work.
Can you provision for solar and EV at rough-in?
Yes, and it is much cheaper then than later. Conduit runs, panel sizing and a spare breaker position cost very little during construction.
