This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where it falls short, we want to know.

What we have done

  • Text and background colour pairs checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios
  • Every interactive element reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator
  • Semantic headings and landmarks, with a skip-to-content link
  • Pinch-zoom enabled. The previous site disabled it with maximum-scale=1, user-scalable=0, which fails WCAG 2.1 SC 1.4.4 and is the item most often cited in accessibility complaints
  • Descriptive alt text on images that carry meaning. On the previous site, 142 of 153 images had none
  • Motion reduced automatically for visitors who ask for that in their operating system
  • Forms with real labels, not placeholder text standing in for them

Where we know we fall short

Third-party content we embed — finance provider applications and mapping — is not under our control and may not meet the same standard. If one of those blocks you from something, call us and we will do it with you over the phone.
