If you were sold solar by a company that no longer exists, there is a reasonable chance it was headquartered here.
Chandler has an unusual concentration of orphaned solar customers, for a specific reason: Titan Solar Power was headquartered in Chandler and ceased operations in June 2024, filing for Chapter 7 shortly after. A great many local systems were sold and installed by a company that is no longer there to service them.
That does not mean those systems are worthless or unsupported. Equipment warranties from the panel and inverter manufacturers generally survive an installer’s bankruptcy. What is needed is a licensed contractor to diagnose faults and file claims — which is most of what we do in this city.
